2014 Lodge Renovations
In December of 2013 the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex was hit by an ice storm unlike any this area has seen for many years. Due to the type of roof the lodge presently has, (a flat roof), and the large collection of ice and snow that collected on the roof, then proceeded to melt, the water seeped in through the now removed roof vents and flooded much of the interior of the lodge, calling for basically a total restoration of the lodge. These are photos of process and end result. More photos to come as we progress: It should look like a brand new lodge once we are done!
